Where We Ship

We currently ship worldwide.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location. We ship from our fulfilment partners' warehouses rather than holding local stock, so please plan accordingly — we'd rather set this expectation clearly than promise a shorter timeline we can't consistently meet.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all orders, worldwide.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Customs and Import Charges

We are not able to predict or control these charges, as they're set by your local customs authority.
